Blend:

  • Frozen blueberries 
  • Frozen cherries 
  • Frozen peaches 
  • Orange juice 
  • Kiwi 

Freeze for 8+ hours and enjoy!

Protein pancake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (your choice; I use chocolate)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 spoon of Maca powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash together the banana and egg
  2. Add in the powder
  3. Pan fry
  4. Once you’ve made your pancakes add topping like berries or chocolate chips!
