Vanilla Chai Protein Shake

  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of chai tea
  • 1.5 teaspoons of all spice
  • A splash of vanilla milk (soy or almond etc)
  • A sprinkle of hemp hearts
