ROASTED RED PEPPER SOUP 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. 4 red peppers 
  2. Garlic
  3. 1 yellow onion
  4. Pepper 
  5. Salt 
  6. Cilantro 
  7. 2 cups vegetable stalk

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Fry up the 4 red peppers and onions in the vegetable stalk 
  2. Once cooked to your preference in stages blen the cooked peppers and onions together in a blender 
  3. Add in the garlic and cilantro into the blender 

TOPPINGS (couscous salsa)

  1. Cook a cup of couscous 
  2. Add in to the mix chopped cilantro, feta, tomatoes, 
  3. Mix the salsa together and garnish the soup with a spoon full of the salsa

BREAKFAST HASH

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 potatoes 
  • 1/4 cup sweet pepper 
  • Onions (amount to your liking)
  • 2 mushrooms
  • A cup of spinach 
  • Garlic powder 

DIRECTIONS

  1. boil potatoes 
  2. While potatoes boil pan fry the onions with some olive oil 
  3. Add spinach to pan fry 
  4. Add the peppers and mushrooms 
  5. When potatoes boiled add to pan fry 
  6. Mix all ingredients in the pan put it on simmer and add in garlic powder

BREAKFAST • QUESADILLA 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green onions 
  • 2tbs of guacamole 
  • Salsa 
  • 1 chooped pepper 
  • 1 Cup of spinach 
  • 2 mushroooms 
  • Chopped cilantro 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Add olive oil to the saucer 
  2. Add spinach and the onions
  3. Once golden add the pepper and mushrooms 
  4. Add the two eggs once vegetables are too your liking 
  5. Mix all togther 
  6. On a panini press add the tortilla half on the pan I press
  7. Fill the tortilla with topping, fold and press with panini press

NUT LESS PROTEIN PANCAKES


INGREDIENTS 

  1. 2 scoops of protein powder 
  2. 1/2 cup of oat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  4. 2 eggs 
  5. Pinch of cinnamon 
  6. Dash of vanilla 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together 
  2. Add eggs and vanilla 
  3. Pantry 
  4. Top with “don’t go nuts” chocolate spread 
  5. Add your favourite fruits to top it off 

Banana and Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl

In a blender add the following

  • 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein or any protein of your choice 
  • 1 banana 
  • A splash of soy milk or any choice of milk you prefer 
  • 1/3 cup of ice 
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder 

Blend all together!!

Then add you toppings! I added blueberries, pineapple, hemp hearts and granola!
